RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Node & Talg experience. Because we make small-batch skincare by hand, please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on opened or used skincare products. This is standard practice across the skincare industry and protects all of our customers.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect in any way, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sienna@nodeandtalg.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund. We may ask you to return the affected product, and if so, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, it is no longer in our control. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Contact your local carrier (USPS) for assistance
- Reach out to us at sienna@nodeandtalg.com and we will help where we can
We recommend using a secure delivery location for your order.
Unopened Products
If you receive an unopened product and change your mind, please contact us at sienna@nodeandtalg.com within 14 days of delivery. We may, at our discretion, offer store credit for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in this case, and the product must arrive back to us in resalable condition.
Cancellations
Because we process orders quickly (often within 24 hours), we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled after it is placed. If you need to cancel, please email sienna@nodeandtalg.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate before the order ships.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Allergic Reactions or Skin Sensitivity
We recommend patch testing all new skincare products on a small area of skin before regular use. Our Natural Tallow Moisturizer contains organic grass-fed beef tallow, organic jojoba oil, organic beeswax, vitamin E oil, and organic vanilla. Because every person's skin is unique, we cannot guarantee that our products will be suitable for everyone. If you experience an adverse reaction, please discontinue use and contact us at sienna@nodeandtalg.com — while we cannot offer refunds on opened products due to reactions, we want to hear from you and will do our best to support you.
