Shipping policy

Node & Talg Organics ships within the United States only.

Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped from Austin, Texas within 2–3 business days.

Shipping method: We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days.

Shipping rate: $6 flat rate for all U.S. orders.

Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Lost or stolen packages: Once an order is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, it is no longer in our control. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us at sienna@nodeandtalg.com and we will help where we can.

International shipping: We do not currently ship internationally.
